This page explains what information we collect when you visit our site or request a quote, how we use it, and the choices you have. Information You Provide to Us

When you submit a quote request — whether the short Quick Quote or the detailed property intake form — we collect the information you enter, which may include:

• Contact details: name, phone number, email address
• Property details: address, city, square footage, bedrooms/bathrooms, property type and condition
• Service preferences: cleaning type, frequency, add-ons, scheduling dates
• Access & scheduling logistics: entry method, door codes, alarm instructions (only if you choose to provide them, for the detailed intake form)
• Household details relevant to service: pets, allergies, product preferences
• Billing preferences and, for the signed intake form, a typed signature name

We use this information solely to prepare your quote, schedule and perform the requested cleaning service, and follow up with you about it. We do not sell this information to anyone.

How Your Quote Request Is Sent

Quote forms are processed by Netlify (our website host) and delivered to our team by email. If you use the short Quick Quote form, we may also send you a follow-up email inviting you to share additional property details — you're never required to respond.

Analytics & Advertising Tools

We use the following tools to understand how visitors use our site and to measure our advertising:

• Google Analytics 4 — collects general usage data (pages viewed, general location, device type) to help us understand site traffic.
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel — helps us measure the effectiveness of our social media advertising and understand which visitors go on to request a quote.

Both tools use cookies and similar technologies and may collect your IP address and browsing behavior on our site. You can opt out of this tracking using your browser's cookie settings, a browser extension such as Google's Analytics Opt-out Add-on, or your device's ad-tracking controls. Declining these does not affect your ability to request a quote or use the site.

Other Services We Use

Our site loads fonts from Google Fonts, icons from Font Awesome, small animation and styling libraries (AOS, Tailwind CSS), and links out to Google Maps for directions and reviews. These third parties may receive standard technical information (like your IP address) simply because your browser requests files from them when our page loads — this is normal for any modern website and is not information we collect or store ourselves.

How Long We Keep Information

We retain quote requests and related correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to provide service, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations. If you'd like us to delete information you've submitted, email us and we'll take care of it.

Your Choices

You can decline to submit any optional field on our forms. You can ask us at any time what information we have about you, request a correction, or request deletion, by emailing admin@hchcleanservices.com.

Children's Privacy

Our services are directed at adults arranging cleaning services for a home or rental property. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
